INSTRUCTIONS: After stitching the design, turn the design over to the BACK. Using either a seem ripper or curved applique scissors, cut ONLY the white bobbin thread in the middle of the wide satin stitch on the tassle. Turn the design over to the front and ruffle the bottom edge of the tassle to pull the satin stitches through to the front...revealing your fun, fringe design.
