INSTRUCTIONS: After stitching the design, turn the design over to the BACK. Using either a seem ripper or curved applique scissors, cut ONLY the white bobbin thread on BOTH sides of the center satin stitch. Turn the design over to the front and ruffle the edges to pull the satin stitches through to the front...revealing your fun, fringe design.
